NPL BlueSky Automotive is a pioneer in AdBlue® manufacturing in India, having introduced it to the market in 2011. Established to meet the growing needs of OEMs and on-road vehicles using SCR technology, the company today operates 25 strategically located manufacturing plants with a combined production capacity of over 9,00,000 KL annually.

Nandan Impex Private Limited
Nandan Impex Pvt. Ltd. (NIPL), established in 1986, is one of the Group’s oldest ventures and a pioneer in small HDPE container manufacturing, lubricant repacking, and C&F services for Public Sector Undertakings.
The company operates two advanced facilities : a lubricant repacking unit at MIDC, Taloja (Raigad) and an HDPE container manufacturing plant at Silvassa (D&NH). In addition, NIPL manages a dedicated warehouse in Bhiwandi, Maharashtra, to efficiently support C&F operations for PSUs.

NutraHelix Biotech Pvt. Ltd. is a biotech company engaged in developing, manufacturing, and marketing innovative, science-driven products in nutrition, functional foods, and nutraceuticals. Founded in 2009 by Dr. Sumanpreet Singh Khanuja and Mr. Shree Narayan Agrawal, the company pioneered a unique science-and-business partnership model in India’s nutraceutical sector.
