Shreenarayan Agrawal
Shreenarayan Agrawal is the Founder and Chairman of Nandan Group of Companies. A commerce graduate from Mumbai University, he is a seasoned marketer of petroleum products with more than four decades of experience not only in the marketing of all petroleum products but also in setting up and operating a blending & packing plant as well as the transportation of petroleum products. Having started his career with distribution of petroleum products in 1977, he is now associated with various facets of lubricants industry acquainting himself with manufacturing of oils & containers for lubricating industry, transportation of bulk oil, finished goods and marketing of lubricants.
Nandan Agrawal
Nandan Agrawal, Managing Director of the Nandan Group of comanies is in-charge of the day-to-day affairs. A chemical engineer from Mumbai University and an MBA graduate in Family Managed Business from S.P. Jain Institute of Management and Research, he is a young and dynamic businessman with a wide vision in developing and marketing products for the lubricant market and related products. He initiated a JV with Kruse GmbH, a German company for the manufacture of AdBlue® (AUS 32).
N. A. Joshi
Mr. N.A. Joshi, one of the board directors of Nandan petrochem Ltd & NPL BlueSky Automotive Ltd, is a BE (Mech) and an MBA, has more than 37 years of rich experiences with Kirloskar Oil Engines Ltd. as the Sr. V.P. He handles their businesses of global power generation, industrial engines and air compressor as an SBU head. He is a trained senior assessor of CII Exim Business Excellence model and has the ability to drive a Business Excellence model. At NPL, he is driving the business and focusing the growth strategies & processes for creating a sustainable organization.
HRISHIKESH KULKARNI
Hrishikesh Kulkarni, CEO of the company Nandan Petrochem Limited, holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bharati Vidyapeeth Institute of Technology and brings with him over 23 years of experience as a Profit Centre Head, leading cross functional teams in diverse functions of Sales & Marketing and Manufacturing Operations . He is a Certified Black Belt – Six Sigma. His last assignment was with VAG Valves India, as Regional Sales Director for SAARC countries. He was also long associated with SKF India Ltd., in various key positions handling P&L responsibilities in Industrial markets and products.
Varun Agrawal
Varun Agrawal, one of the board directors of Nandan group of companies & the Product Manager for AdBlue®. A Business graduate from the S.P. Jain School of Global Business Singapore & Sydney, he is currently pursuing his MBA from the Indian School of Business. He has been involved in the recent growth story of the company, helping them establish their regional plants across the country, while aiming to be a top player of AdBlue® in the country.
