Typical applications include steel plant continuous casters, couplings, oscillators, run out rolls etc. in steel mills, conveyors and crushers in mining industry, CV joints in automobile industry, bearings and spindles in pulp and paper industries.

VELVEX® LONG LIFE GREASE is an enhanced version of regular lithium soap based grease, manufactured from specially selected base oils with good quality raw materials and additives for excellent shear stability to enhance the re-lubrication interval of bearings above 30,000 km under ideal road conditions.

Proprietary grade

Suitable for all types of automotive applications as excellent multipurpose greases, like plain and anti-friction bearings of passenger cars, trucks, tractors, earth moving equipment etc. It is also recommended for heavy duty ball and roller bearings of steel rolling mills, paper mills, textile mills, sugar mills etc. operating under high loads and temperatures.

High performance calcium based grease, manufactured from superior quality graphite powder and base stocks. This grease has moderately high drop points, high resistance to oxidation and water, good sealing property and suitable as a lubricant under comparatively high load and relatively low displacement of inter-moving surfaces.

Meets the requirements of IS:508-1987(RA 2004) specification for Grade 1

Recommended for plungers, slides, elevator cables, steel wire ropes, chain drives, hoists, forklifts, sprockets, pulley, leaf-springs, hydraulic rams, slow speed open gear etc. Also suitable for plain bearing, operating in wet conditions and as an anti-seize compound in special cases.

Speciality grease manufactured from selected base oils, additives and Molybdenum Disulphide as solid lubricant, for excellent load withstanding & shear stability. Property to extend the re-lubrication interval of bearing at least 3 times in severe working conditions.
